    The workshop is structured around three core areas:

    The mechanics of stress

    How stress accumulates in the nervous system, why it compounds when not fully cleared, and what chronic stress is actually doing to the body and the mind. This isn't abstract theory, it's a practical explanation that makes sense of experiences your team is already having.

    Why common approaches fall short

    Why exercise, sleep, holidays and alcohol provide temporary relief but don't clear accumulated stress at the level it's held. Understanding this is what makes the difference between managing stress and actually reducing it.

    Practical tools that work

    Techniques your team can apply immediately, without equipment, without a quiet room, and without turning stress management into another thing to add to the to-do list. These tools are drawn from the same evidence base that underpins Vedic Meditation, and they work with the body's natural stress-clearing mechanisms rather than against them.

    How the workshop runs

    Workshops are delivered in person at your location or at a venue of your choosing. Available anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. It can also be delivered online if that's your preference.

    Standard workshop

    Half-day format, suitable for teams of any size. Includes presentation, group discussion, and practical exercises.

    Extended workshop

    Full-day format for organisations that want to go deeper, or that want to combine the workshop with additional self-leadership principles.

    For organisations that want to build on the workshop, we can structure a follow-up program that includes the 4-part Vedic Meditation course for interested team members. This is entirely optional and discussed separately.
